Year 8 News
Year 8s are settling comfortably into their routines, classrooms and working on great projects that the curriculum has to offer. Some of these will be highlighted at the end of this article. We encourage you to jump onto PAM and check your child’s progress and, as always, reach out to your child’s class teacher or Mercy Homegroup Leader if you have any questions.
Camp Information
Please be reminded that you need to send in your child’s medication as soon as possible so that this can be correctly labelled and ready to take on camp in Week 8.
Notices have gone out for the Year 8 Camp, including lists of what to bring on camp and the camp groupings. Download the Information Sheet below for details.
Uniform Reminders
Just a reminder that the approved academic uniform is school socks and black leather, academic shoes. Non-school socks and black leather sneakers are creeping in, and are not acceptable. If your child is out of uniform for a day, please ensure you send through a note, either to the General Office or with your child.

This week’s photos are from an array of classes, including Food Technology, STEAM, Drama and Humanities.
We look forward to a wonderful fortnight ahead.
Mr Josh Hann, Mrs Hayley Lethlean and Mrs Marinè Snyman
