Year 8 News

Year 8s are settling comfortably into their routines, classrooms and working on great projects that the curriculum has to offer. Some of these will be highlighted at the end of this article. We encourage you to jump onto PAM and check your child’s progress and, as always, reach out to your child’s class teacher or Mercy Homegroup Leader if you have any questions.

Camp Information

Please be reminded that you need to send in your child’s medication as soon as possible so that this can be correctly labelled and ready to take on camp in Week 8.

Out and About - Showcase

This week’s photos are from an array of classes, including Food Technology, STEAM, Drama and Humanities.

• STEAM: Students modelling tectonic plate movement using Saladas on icing.
• Humanities: Students learning about geomorphic landforms.
• Food Technology: Students learning to make sushi.
• Drama: Students participating in theatre sports activities.
