Characterful and Colourful Monsters from Years 7 and 8 Textiles
Students have become skilled in a range of hand sewing techniques during Term 2 and used these to plan and design a ‘softie monster’ made from felt.
Students have become skilled in a range of hand sewing techniques during Term 2 and used these to plan and design a ‘softie monster’ made from felt. They responded to a Design Brief, brainstormed ideas, drafted a pattern, then used this to construct their Monster. Every softie is an original, and there has been so much creativity across the classes!
