Each year, Danihers Facility Management recognises excellence amongst its staff, which includes the team at Catherine McAuley College Bendigo, with service awards.

At CMCB, the Danihers team take care of the grounds and gardens, facility management, cleaning and property services. 

Bendigo team member, Gavin Johnston, was awarded the 'Danihers Way Award' in recognition of his dedication, professionalism and commitment to Danihers and CMCB, making him an excellent example of the service standards Danihers strives to meet.

He is described as approachable and always willing to assist staff, clients and colleagues. He builds positive relationships through his friendly attitude, reliability and willingness to listen. 

His integrity is evident in the way he conducts himself every day, taking ownership of his responsibilities and commitments, knowing that small details make a significant difference.

Gavin is genuinely passionate in his role and delivers a high-quality service, taking pride in ensuring all facilities are safe, functional and well-presented.

The team from Danihers enjoyed sharing morning tea with Gavin and Peter and hearing about some of the great work being undertaken around the College. More importantly, it was wonderful to hear how much they both enjoy what they do and value the environment in which they work.
