Year 7 enrolments for 2027 now open

Wondering what Catherine McAuley College Bendigo has to offer your child? Come and see for yourself! Book to attend one of our Learning Walks (23-30 March and 21-24 April 2026) and Discovery Days (30 April-6 May 2026).

These Learning Walks and Discovery Days replace our Annual Open Day for 2026, so that families can see our classrooms in action and prospective students can have an immersive taste of what student life at our college is like.

Enrolments for Year 7, 2027 close on Friday 8 May 2026.

In 2026, Catherine McAuley College Bendigo is replacing our traditional Open Day with small-group Learning Walks.

These personalised tours give parents and carers the chance to experience real classrooms, meet staff, and see how students learn at our junior campus. Your child is welcome to attend.

Learning Walks run weekdays

Term 1: 23–30 March and Term 2: 21-24 April (9am, with some 4pm sessions).
Places are limited, so we encourage families to book early to secure their preferred time.

Wondering what it’s like to be a Catherine McAuley College student?

Our Year 7 Discovery Days are designed for prospective students, who want an immersive taste of the learning, friendships and opportunities at CMCB.

Discovery Days run from 30 April-6 May 2026.

BOOKINGS

For families with a child attending a Catholic primary school:

• Year 6 students at the following Catholic primary schools will attend a Discovery Day session in a group with their primary school and do not need to book online: Holy Rosary Heathcote, Holy Rosary White Hills, Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Elmore, St Francis of the Fields, St Joseph's, St Kilian's, St Liborius’, St Monica's, St Peter's and St Therese's.

For families with a child attending schools other than a Catholic primary school: Wednesday 6 May

• Students in Year 6 at all other schools can book online, using the form below, for their child to attend a Discovery Day session on Wednesday 6 May.

Additional Learning Needs - Parent Information Evening

For parents and carers of a child with additional learning needs starting Year 7 in 2027

Tuesday 28 April 2026, 5.00pm – 6.00pm | Catherine McAuley College Bendigo (CMCB), Coolock Campus, Junortoun in the Library

The Parent Information Evening will provide information about the Learning Diversity Team processes, support available and allows plenty of time to ask questions.

Enrolment Deadline Reminder

Year 7 enrolment applications close Friday, 8 May 2026.

Families are encouraged to attend a Learning Walk or Discovery Day before submitting their application. Enrolments are now open and close on 8 May.
