Finals Fever is here - on the sporting fields and in the classroom!

We are inching towards an exciting end of Term, and it’s time for all students to be their best:

• Share your successes and work through challenges in your Student Lead Conferences.
• Show your teachers what you can do - produce your best work; complete your homework; strive for excellence.
• Show up to Mercy Day prepared to celebrate how amazing it is to be part of our school and the broader Mercy education community. Purchase a wristband and give what you can for Mercy Works.

Season of Creation

Each year, Christians around the world mark the Season of Creation from 1 September to 4 October, a time of prayer, reflection and action for our common home.

At a time when significant environmental and social challenges continue to affect communities around the world, learning and collaboration on how to care for our common home is critical.

Academic Growth & Recognition of Achievement Awards

It is so exciting to see the academic growth of students from Semester 1 to now!

We are trying to recognise as many of these as we can when we check our data, and it may be through an email to the students and their family, or an award at assembly.

Celebrating personal success and growth is important to us. It is an acknowledgement of effort and pride in achievement, and recognises the partnership of both the teacher and student in the learning process.

Learning Focus: Ceramics

As part of Year 7 Art, students engage in learning about the function and form of clay. How lucky were these students to be able to spend their Friday afternoon in the ceramics studio with Mrs Richardson!
